Summary
The HR Dealer Recruiter is responsible for assisting in our Dealer’s recruiting process. The main duties include providing support to our Dealer’s as they recruit employees to sell and install Bath Concept Products.

Responsible for dealer recruitment using JazzHR
Main contact point for dealers using JazzHR
- Organize dealer recruitment in JazzHR following set process and procedures
- Monitor and administer dealer jobs, which includes posting incoming job requests(within 1 business day), reposting, and closing jobs as needed.
- Work directly with dealers to create custom job listings tailored to their specific needs for the requested role, and edit job listings for them as needed.
- Assist dealers with screening candidates for their jobs as needed and send qualified candidates after applying set criteria to dealers for review.
- Check in with dealers consistently to monitor the success of their ads and candidate quality. Provide advice as needed on how to improve ad success.
- Close jobs that have been in the system too long and deactivate users who are no longer active
- Update job request forms periodically to make jobs appear new and fresh across the job boards
- Update dealer recruitment tracking sheets to keep track of which dealers are actively using recruitment service and which jobs they are recruiting for. Update this daily and as needed.
- Provide hands on support to dealers who need assistance learning how to use the recruiting platform(phone call or Microsoft Teams meeting to walk them through the system and it’s functions).
- Introduce new dealers to the recruiting service and answer questions they may have.
- Keep track of jobs posted per week and new dealers onboarded.
- Help with any other HR initiatives
Education and / or Experience
Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Will consider High School graduate / GED and 4+ years of relevant experience.Previous recruiting experience with knowledge of legal aspects of hiring processesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionRequires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and strong computer skillsMust be able to multitask and prioritize assignmentsRequires good oral and written communication skills.Physical Demands
While performing the duties and responsibilities of this position, the employee will be sitting at a desk 90% of the time. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
