Location : Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration : Temp with possible temp to hire

Pay : $35-$38 / hr.

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a talented Accessory Product Planner to join a dynamic team in California. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in automotive accessories to develop and present accessory product plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and present new vehicle product plans based on industry and market trends, ensuring knowledge of all marketable and technical features.
• Create and present new concept package reports, analyzing business cases, risk levels, customer interest, and supplier availability.
• Develop business cases and conduct profitability reviews for current and future projects, ensuring alignment with product plans and goals.
• Curate intelligence from Brand Planning to inform and update the Product Plan.
• Produce trend reports focusing on new product strategies and roadmaps to drive revenue and profits.
• Provide administrative support for the Accessory Planning Department, including taking meeting minutes and distributing them to stakeholders.
• Experience in the automotive accessory business with a strong mechanical and technical understanding is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of vehicle and accessory lifecycles within a wholesale environment.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on executive and brand communications.
