Sales & Logistics Manager

Simon North is seeking a Sales & Logistics Manager. This role is located in Rapid City, USA and is a regular / permanent position. Simon is a subsidiary of Colas USA, specializing in the production of aggregate, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete materials. The company focuses on quality and value, connecting communities, and building new roads to the future.

The Sales & Logistics Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and overseeing logistics operations. Key responsibilities include :

Administration, Management & Leadership :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Skills : 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, aggregate materials manufacturing, or related field; 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams; solid understanding of financial statements, construction processes, and project management; organizational skills; ability to lead, mentor, and develop others; ability to communicate and present ideas effectively; computer skills including Office 365 applications.

Physical Requirements : Wear and maintain personal protective equipment; ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring visual acuity; exposure to construction / industrial site conditions; ability to travel with overnight stays.
