Continuous Improvement Engineer – Aerospace (90-100K)

We have an exciting Continuous Improvement Engineer role available at a growing Aircraft Manufacturer located near Port. St. Lucie, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site wide Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Serve as a change agent, training and mentoring employees in Lean tools and culture.
• Conduct Lean assessments and lead cross-functional projects to improve flow, quality, and efficiency.
• Track project KPIs and prepare regular updates for leadership.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Lean / Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace assembly preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvement and engage teams at all levels.
