IT Director

A company is looking for a Director of IT responsible for leading the organization's information technology strategy and overseeing all IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including systems administration and user support

Lead and mentor IT staff while fostering a culture of innovation

Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity

Experience with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
