Junior Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Junior Marketing Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York.

Duties :

• Own smaller, week-to-week projects such as : weekly push notifications
• Kick off projects and manage end-to-end delivery
• Ensure designers meet deadlines
• Liaise with lifecycle marketing leads
• Locate assets / key art in Google Drive and Box
• Upload / download assets to shared systems for design team access
• Manage timelines and prioritize creative asset delivery
• Maintain Airtable base as the single source of truth for incoming requests
• Consolidate and reconcile feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Deliver feedback diplomatically to creatives
• Push back when scope / timelines are at risk

The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.00 and $42.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
