Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows and VMware server administration Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008 / 2012 / 2016) and Active Directory Experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter Familiarity with server hardware and networking concepts Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) administration AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi VM provisioning, migrations, cluster management Veeam backup & restore, DR planning / testing Azure environment & VDI creation OKTA IAM tasks Scripting / automation (PowerShell) OS & security hardening, patching, and updates vROps customization and performance tuning Azure & VMware certifications (preferred)

Position : Windows / VMware Server Administrator
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows and VMware server environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability and security
- Configure and manage virtual machines and virtual networks
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Windows and VMware technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed
