Process Engineer

Job Description :

Experience with developing a process using Chemical / gas, Various forms used in semiconductor application.

To work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor deposition / etch technology development for advance logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.

Qualification : Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.

• 2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
• Prefer background in process characterization and data analysis
• Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
• Some travel to Interna factories for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
