Financial Analyst

In this role, you'll dive into data from multiple systems, including EMRs, Hyperion / Essbase, and Kaufman Hall to uncover trends, support business development, and guide decision-making. You'll be a go-to finance expert, collaborating across departments, supporting forecasts, and helping evaluate new opportunitiesfrom program performance to potential acquisitions.

What You Bring
Education : Bachelor's degree required; master's in accounting, Healthcare Admin, or Business preferred.
Experience : 2+ years in finance or data analysis (healthcare experience is a plus).
Tech skills : Advanced Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with Hyperion / Essbase and Business Objects highly desirable.
Analytical mindset : You love digging into data, spotting trends, and solving problems.
Communication : You can explain complex ideas clearly and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Team spirit : You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to organizational success.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in the Boise area. Here's what to expect :
Typical onsite presence : 12 days per month.
Selected candidate MUST reside in the Boise, Idaho area.
Budget season (JanuaryApril) : up to 3 days per week onsite
Schedule flexibility : Work hours are flexible. Must be able to set work schedule within the hours of 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM.
