A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking a Superintendent to manage restoration projects. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, leading several foremen, and ensuring job site safety. Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Lead and oversee multiple foremen. Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals efficiently. Ensure job site safety and conduct toolbox talks. Repair full depth or spalled concrete. Manage expansion joints and waterproofing tasks. Supervise subcontractors and manage MEPs. Coordinate and manage multiple job sites. Maintain an understanding of concrete repair techniques. Oversee masonry work and manage resources such as quantity and materials.

Essential Skills

Concrete repair and superintendent experience is required. Strong background in managing people and multiple job sites. Proficient in using Procore and understanding safety protocols. Knowledge of 2-week lookahead, quantity, and materials management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Background in construction management. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a foreman.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.20 - $62.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
