Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Required Skills / Experience : Years of Experience : 1-2

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities : Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Preferred Skills / Experience : ICU

Required Credentials : Must have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - No exceptions

All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - No instant or statewide searches accepted

Shift & Scheduling : Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts.

Weekends : Every Other

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver's license required
