The Hip Technology - Clinical Sr Sales Specialist is responsible for driving clinical adoption and supporting utilization of Zimmer Biomet's innovative hip technologies as well as being the subject matter experts training sales specialists in the field. This role will focus on delivering impactful surgeon demonstrations, facilitating regional sales team training, coordinating hip technology launches at the account level, and providing expert case support for Total Hip Arthroplasty procedures where Zimmer Biomet's hip technology is being used.

How You'll Create Impact

Clinical Engagement

• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for surgeons to showcase the value and capabilities of Zimmer Biomet's hip technology portfolio.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during Total Hip Arthroplasty procedures where Zimmer Biomet's hip technology is being used, ensuring safe and effective application in the OR.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and operating room staff to foster clinical confidence and adoption.
