Project Manager
Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a Project Manager to join our Planning Discipline within the Buildings Engineering Services Division in New Jersey! This individual will manage, direct, and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff and coordinate the technical and managerial direction regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget of projects.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Master's Degree preferred but not required. 6-10+ years in related field. Professional Planning (P.P.) licensure and certification by American Institute of Certified Planners (A.I.C.P.). Valid driver's license preferred. Must demonstrate ability to travel to client locations. Demonstrate computer skills, knowledge and acumen (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, ArcGIS, etc.). Ability to learn and apply technical skills and knowledge. Demonstrate extensive, diversified, and complex knowledge of planning concepts, theories, principles and practices. Demonstrate advanced investigative, analytical, and research skills. Ability to coordinate the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery. Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle : planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Ability to effectively perform as a key team leader (demonstrate collaboration and respect for others; contribute; lead by example, etc.). Demonstrate advanced technical and non-technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other key performance indicators, and prepare reports to senior management. Ability to assist with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external clients. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation
$100,000 to $150,855 per year (depending on qualifications)
