Position Title : Harvest Technician

Job Summary
The Harvest Technician is responsible for executing all tasks associated with the harvest phase of cannabis cultivation. This includes harvesting, bucking, drying, sanitation, and inventory-related duties, while maintaining compliance, cleanliness, and adherence to company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, chop, and transport plants with precision and cleanliness.
- Sanitize work areas and clean bins to meet high sanitation standards.
- Follow all compliance protocols, including green waste handling.
- Work independently or within a team to meet daily goals.
- Climb ladders safely to load / unload drying areas.
- Buck flowers efficiently to prepare for trimming.
- Monitor quality and resolve any product concerns.
- "Burp" bins regularly to ensure proper drying and terpene preservation.
- Adapt to workflow changes and shifting production needs.
- Remain available for weekend shifts as required.

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm
