Warehouse Associate
Compensation : $21.00 - $22.00 / hour. Complete benefits package offered once hired by our client.
Hours : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 am 4 : 00 pm, ½ hour unpaid meal break
Company / Position Overview : Our client, a public school district located in the Northwest part of the Denver metro area is hiring a temp-to-hire Warehouse Associate to join their team.
This role is responsible for :
- Pulling, filing, packaging, and setting up orders for delivery or pick-up
- Loading and unloading trucks for delivery
- Delivering / retrieving materials to facilities
- Assembling products
- Recycling of outdated and / or damaged materials from warehouse inventory
- Receiving / processing materials and accurately recording in warehouse inventory
- Coding materials
- Rotating dated materials
- Moving and / or replacing assets throughout facilities
- Completing work orders received
- Providing courier services
- Staging District and community events
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Steel-toed boots
- Ability to assemble furniture
- Ability to check orders for quality and accuracy
- Ability to move furniture or equipment for delivery or pick up
- Ability to anticipate potential hazards
- Ability to problem-solve
- Basic math skills
- Certifications :
- Valid Colorado Diver’s License
