Salary $33,000 a year starting pay + monthly commission based on store sales and productivity
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive leader, who will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, from customer service and inventory management to marketing and sales. The Store Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills, and a passion for customer service. - The Store Manager maintains primary responsibility for the achievement of store objectives, the implementation of Company policies and procedures, staffing, merchandising, and maintaining Top Stop & Chevron standards of customer service and image.
- The Store Manager is responsible for day to day convenience store operations which includes but is not limited to scheduling, training and supervising employees and assistant manager
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Recruiting, hiring and training of store employees
- Motivates, encourages and challenges all employees to ensure they deliver excellent customer service
- Manages weekly work schedule and ensures store is adequately staff at all times
- Completes daily paperwork and store inventory audits
- Manages the security and proper handling of all store funds, inventory and assets
- Manager is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines

High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 1 year previous managerial experience in a convenience store, restaurant or retail environmentAbility to work 40+ hours a week.Be available to respond to incidents and emergenciesAbility to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environmentMust have reliable transportationStrong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and team building skillsProficient PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar)Proficient verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer servicePrevious cash handling and customer service experienceMust be 21FULL TIME / PART TIME : Full-Time
