Job Summary

The Customer Service Assistant will help manage client inquiries, provide support to the customer service team, and ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone organized, professional, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with resolving client issues and escalating them when necessary

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requests

Help prepare reports, documentation, and client correspondence

Support the customer service team with administrative tasks

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Assist in tracking and monitoring client satisfaction and service metrics

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
