An experienced Senior Truck Shop Manager is required in Corapolis, PA to join a national fleet and effectively run a shop with a team of safe mechanics. This opening provides an opportunity for growth, training, and advancement. This position offers responsibility for the maintenance and repair of all equipment assigned to the company terminal, schedules weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance, along with P&L reporting and SRT management. Previous Military and / or Union Shop experience preferred.

Compensation :

$85,000 - $100,000 / year

Shift / Schedule :

Days; while being able to answer calls after hours

Monday to Friday

Preferred Requirements :

Truck Shop Management experience

Union Experience

Military Experience

Truck OR Trailer repair experience

Tanker Hazmat, R-Stamp, State Inspection Licenses

Knowledge of emissions, A / C, diagnostics, diesel engines, air, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

Ability to manage difficult situations, work flow, schedules, and competing demands
