Job descriptionNJ DEP License required. Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT imaging. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT technologist, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of CT imaging procedures. 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CT imaging department. Provide leadership and guidance to CT technologists, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices. Manage staffing schedules, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maintain efficient departmental operations. Oversee quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
