Senior Account Manager
Huntsman is seeking a Senior Account Manager supporting the Performance Products Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Sales Manager Performance Products Division.
Job Scope
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of Huntsman's Performance Products portfolio, the ability to align customer needs with Huntsman's solutions, and a commitment to achieving strategic objectives in revenue, profitability, and market share.
In Summary, As The Senior Account Manager, You Will :
- Grow profitable sales by managing the complete sales cycle (identify, qualify, quote, close, develop, and grow) and meet assigned sales budgets.
- Utilize C4C sales tools for call reporting and lead tracking.
- Develop and execute account plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet strategic objectives.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence including market share, product penetration, and competitor positioning.
- Negotiate and manage pricing and contractual agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure optimal service levels.
- Partner with Marketing to support key initiatives such as value-based pricing and market development activities.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to manage and minimize overdue accounts.
- Maintain a strong focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business.10+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemicals or related industries.Skills And Knowledge

Corporate office environment based in The Woodlands, Texas.Requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned region.
