Compensation Director

Overview

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for compensation management? Cox Communications is seeking a dynamic Compensation Director to lead our Compensation Enablement team. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our compensation policies and programs, ensuring they are cost-effective and aligned with the latest trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compensation operations and processes across the corporation.
• Develop and direct compensation strategies and programs to achieve business objectives and respond to competitive labor market conditions.

Compensation

USD 144,900.00 - 241,500.00 per year. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate\'s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
