Position Summary :

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting warehouse staff. This role plays a key part in the efficiency, safety, and productivity of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Coordination :

• Supervise all activities on the warehouse floor across shifts.
• Execute and follow up on daily directives issued by management.
• Act as point of contact for warehouse staff during assigned shift.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure cross-training of warehouse personnel.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to warehouse staff.
