This position will support a territory including Fayetteville, NC, Wilmington, NC, and Greenville, NC. As a Business Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

Effective January 2026, this will be a Non-MIP FT Sales Management position with an enhanced sales incentive plan.
