Access : Average wait time for a W2 Clinician is 4 weeks; we reduce this to 8.9 days with 80% seen within two weeks. Retention : Our 92% return rate surpasses the industry average of 70% for clients returning for a second session. Continuity of Care : We maintain a 94% continuity rate, far exceeding the industry standard of 36%. Client Engagement : With an 81% attendance rate for initial appointments, we significantly outperform the industry average of 65%. Build positive, trusting relationships with patients. Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders. Create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Conduct regular sessions to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans. Evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments. Engage and advise family members when necessary. Plan outreach activities in local communities. Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting post-licensure. Master's degree or higher in relevant fields (Required). Active, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a bonus, though not required. Maintain licensure and certifications throughout employment. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, preferably NextGen. Proficiency in various software applications. W-2 role with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from the first of the month after employment.
