Nurse Manager of NICU

Position Overview

Search Group Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Manager of NICU (RN) to lead a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arlington TX. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader with a passion for neonatal care staff development and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the NICU

• Ensure delivery of high-quality family-centered neonatal care

• Manage staffing scheduling budgeting and performance metrics

• Mentor coach and develop NICU nursing staff

• Maintain compliance with regulatory accreditation and safety standards

• Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership

• Drive quality outcomes patient satisfaction and staff engagement

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact eligible)

• BSN required; MSN strongly preferred

• Minimum of 35 years NICU clinical experience

• Previous Nurse Manager Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor experience required

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

• Proven ability to lead teams in a critical care environment
