• Patient Ratios – RN 1 : 8 shared nursing model\n
• Type of equipment – Glucometer, office equipment, O2, tube feeding\n
• EMR – Meditech\n
• Typical Procedures : \n
• Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.\n
• Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient.\n
• Act as an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients.\n
• Participate in development and implementation of plan of care.\n
• Communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team.\n\nRequires : - ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of Psych RN experience in an inpatient hospital setting- 1 year chemical dependency / psychiatric experience or a strong desire to learn skills associated with this field.- BSL and CPI Certifications- ID RN License- Rotating Weekends
