Pasadena Villa Great Lakes is a residential psychiatric facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Located just north of Cereal City, Pasadena Villa Great Lakes provides a beautiful modern aesthetic in a therapeutic environment, ideal for healing and recovery. Our new location includes areas for reflection, outdoor walking trails, a pond water feature, and a state-of-the-art wellness and fitness center. Our 64-bed residential facility is for adults 18 and older with complex mental health and addiction disorders.

Compensation Range : $85,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on level and location)

Position Summary :

This role is critical to the Pasadena Villa West Michigan organization. This is a hybrid position with up to 50% travel.

The primary territory focus for this position is Chicago Downtown and Northern Suburbs.

Three main variables are the focus :

Relationships and Contacts :

Within the organization : Initiates and maintains frequent and close working relationships with administrative team, admissions staff, and clinical staff.

Outside the organization : Maintains working relationships with community partners, referral sources, and professional resources.
