Manager - Operations - Incident Response - LMD Trust & Safety
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manager to support the Incident Response function for the Safety team within Walmart's Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role is responsible for managing incident intake, triage, and coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response, operational safety, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Bring :
4+ years of experience in incident response, operations, risk management, asset protection, security, or related fields.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and incident tracking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with incident response frameworks and GSOC operations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-exposure environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications :
Supervising Associates Masters : Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
