LICENSED PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COUNSELOR (LPCC) / FULL TIME & PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team. The LPCC will play a vital role in providing mental health services to individuals and families navigating life's challenges.

This position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique needs. The LPCC will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic well-being and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid and active LPCC license or equivalent in the state.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling or facilitation experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace.
