The Role : We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable  Intern to join our dynamic team. This on-site position requires a commitment of at least two days a week at our Saratoga Springs office. You will play a crucial role in coordinating client-candidate interactions and enhancing our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit Key Talent to fill temporary and full time roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule client / candidate interviews, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
  • Collaborate with our internal recruiting team to source and identify potential candidates for assigned roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates applying for various positions.
  • Communicate and promote SGA’s employee policies and referral programs to new hires to strengthen our referral network.
  • Research and develop competitive total compensation strategies to attract top talent.

Position Requirements :

  • Completed coursework towards a BS / BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Entrepreneurship preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong computer and internet skills are a must.
