The territory for this position is Northwest Ohio (Bowling Green, Fremont, Huron, Perrysburg, Sandusky, and surrounding areas). Principle Responsibilities :

• Develop new business and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company.
• Successful sale, distribution and placement of all Cavalier products.
• Focus on selling products and / or upgrading number of product lines in retail accounts.
• Identify accounts that are not currently customers and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise.
• Execute monthly goals as related to business activities.
• Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area.

Qualifications for Sales Representative :

2 -4 years of sales experience

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated

Strong communication skills

Must have reliable transportation

Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates including evenings and / or weekends for special events.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Basic understanding of Cavalier Distributing products.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates including evenings and / or weekends for special events.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to communicate with supervisor, current and prospective customers on a professional level.

Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

Ability to drive a vehicle.
