Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2360–$2420

Parking : Free for night shift; discounted day passes with shuttle service

Charting System : EPIC

Scrub Color : Any solid color

PICU RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent PICU Registered Nurse experience

Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact state; permanent license required)

BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications

Previous travel nursing experience in pediatric or critical care settings

COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

2 professional references from recent employers

Ability to float to other ICU units as needed

PICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in the PICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and specialized pediatric procedures

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff

Float to other ICU units within scope to support hospital operations

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
