What You'll Do :

Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to onboarding

Conduct interviews, orientations, and background checks

Foster engagement with staff to improve retention and satisfaction

Develop and implement employee recognition programs

Participate in the on-call rotation to support staffing needs

What You Bring :

Prior experience as a caregiver (preferred)

Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation

3+ years of recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience

Strong communication & organizational skills

Passion for people and team-building

Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
