Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone screenings to assess eligibility and follow up through multiple channels to maximize successful contact

Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure a high attendance rate at clinical screenings

Clearly explain study details, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Exceptional English fluency with a neutral or minimal accent and outstanding listening skills

A medical or clinical background with understanding of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple patients and appointments

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote role while staying focused and adaptable
