You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

Qualifications

Must-haves :

• Excellent resident / customer experience skills
• Positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn
• Efficiency
• Sense of humor
• On-call availability
• Weekend availability (Tuesday - Saturday schedule)
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of basic home maintenance

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $28 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
