Job descriptionCable Counting : Accurately count and document cable lengths while spooling Inspection and Testing : Perform routine inspections and testing of cables to identify faults damage or wear using specialized tools and equipment. Cable Repair and Maintenance : Diagnose and repair damaged or faulty cables connectors to restore functionality. Splicing and Termination : Conduct cable splicing and termination following proper procedures and ensuring secure and reliable connections. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety standards guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed including service reports cable layouts and testing results. Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve electrical cable issues using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition. High school diploma or GED required; Proven experience as an electrical cable technician or similar role. Knowledge of low-voltage high-voltage is a plus. Proficiency in cable spooling counting evaluation splicing and termination techniques. Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters cable testers Hi-Pot. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in electrical work. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and cables. Comfortable working on feet for long hours conditions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Description :
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Cable Associate to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for spooling evaluating repairing testing and maintaining electrical cables to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- This role requires technical expertise problem-solving skills adaptability to operational changes and delivery targets and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
