We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development / Healthcare Salesperson to grow referral networks and expand our client's services across the Greater Seattle area. This position is primarily field-based, with your car serving as your office. While occasional administrative work can be done from home or the Lynnwood office (typically no more than an hour a day), the majority of your time will be spent building strong, lasting relationships with referral sources and clients in Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties.
Here's What You'll Be Doing...
- Build and enrich the sales pipeline by meeting with prospective referral sources to promote services.
- Make cold calls and schedule meetings to generate new business.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing referral partners.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals as part of a team.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries, meeting with prospective clients, families, or referral partners in homes, care settings, or hospitals to present services and secure agreements.
- Follow and execute the Strategic Sales & Marketing Plan set by leadership.
- Support marketing efforts including social media contributions, networking events, and community engagement.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for incoming sales inquiries (nights and weekends).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.Previous experience in healthcare, homecare, or home health sales is required.Background in sales, marketing, or nursing is advantageous.Strong documentation habits and disciplined daily follow-up.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new platforms (Hubspot, Adobe, etc.).Passion for driving new referrals and commitment to high standards of service.Integrity, sound judgment, and ability to make timely decisions.Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record.Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings / weekends for networking.Energetic, adaptable, and client-first attitude in a fast-changing environment.Here's the Important Information...
Location : Based out of Lynnwood, WA – Field role covering Snohomish, King, and some Pierce CountyMust Reside in Snohomish CountySchedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Compensation : $70,000 – $80,000 base (depending on experience) plus monthly bonus incentive programOpportunity to represent a mission-driven organization serving families across the Puget Sound region.#INDHP
