Job Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse logistics. This position collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting and shipping.

1. Oversees all inventory management, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, customer shipment processing and return processing.

2. This position supervises the warehouse staff (non-exempt positions). Manages warehouse schedule, approve timecards, time off requests and conduct annual performance reviews for the warehouse team.

3. Experience with Shopify, ShipStation & Finale preferred.

4. Negotiates with shipping vendors and suppliers for lowest cost options.

5. Controls inventory levels through accurate inbound and outbound receiving of purchase orders and store supplies.

6. Coordinates shipments of product to all stores (in state and out of state).

7. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing organizational layouts.

8. Meet cost productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

9. Order supplies and track stock levels.

10. Inventory Management control. Complete regular physical inventory process and cycle counts at HQ warehouse and coordinate cycle counts and inventory dates in stores.

11. Regular predictable attendance.

12. Manage damaged inventory.
