Your role ensures a safe, stable, and supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor clients daily in a residential treatment setting
• Provide crisis intervention counseling as needed
• Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on life management skills
• Maintain an environment that promotes client morale and emotional stability
• Communicate relevant updates to the Director of Social Services EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Residential treatment facility
• Active, client-facing role with group facilitation
• Potential exposure to emotional crisis situations
