The Opportunity
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations across 3 shifts. In this role, you'll oversee supervisors and operators while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and operators across multiple shifts.
- Maintain consistent performance and accountability across all shifts.
- Oversee production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery and meet quality targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, and purchasing to prevent shortages.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a safe work environment and ensure adherence to SOPs and training programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Report regularly on production performance to senior leadership.
