Our growing, mid-sized commercial general contracting firm based in the Carolina's is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team in Charlotte and oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in leading on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are upheld from groundbreaking to closeout.

What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you will :

• Lead all on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate and manage daily job site logistics, including material deliveries, inspections, and trade scheduling
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Participate in pre-construction planning, project scheduling, and progress reporting
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions
