Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Supplier Quality Engineering - Intern. In this role, you will you will collaborate with other disciplines such as program management, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain on quality related issues. The successful candidate will have experience and / or knowledge of problem-solving in a systematic way, oral and written communication skills and experience working on a team. Candidate must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications :

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Quality Science or Systems Engineering from an accredited college in a technical / or STEM discipline

Proficient with Microsoft Office; particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with solving problems in a systematic way.

Ability to succeed in dynamic and autonomous program support role

Desired Skills :

Prior research or project experience with a focus on product development.

Experience leading project teams.

Knowledge of structures and properties of aerospace materials.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
