Job Description
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, Patient Engagement And Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Citeline's Patient Engagement And Recruitment product suite for high-priority clients and strategic initiatives. This includes oversight of multiple complex projects and ensuring the delivery of solutions that drive customer success and internal alignment. You will operate as a senior leader within the PER Operations team, reporting to the Director of Delivery, and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technical, and Support teams.

Benefits
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
