Qualifications for Data Center Superintendent :

• 5-7 years  proven track record in commercial construction, experience in building quality  data center, mission critical, education, industrial, ground up; additionally looking for someone with tilt up experience
• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
• Industry consistent work history
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Carpentry experience preferred
• Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations  preferred but not required
• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
