Description

Location : Shirley, MA - MCI Shirley medium. Medication for Opiod Use Disorder Program

Schedule : 16 hours per week.Most schedules are from5 : 00am-1 : 00pm. No Mandating. Mondays / Fridays rotating. Every other weekend. $10 / hr shift differential per hour on weekends

Pay rate : $38.00-$42.00 / hour

The Nurse is responsible for :

  • Administering medication to incarcerated patients who are enrolled in the Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Program
  • Triaging patients referred to treatment for Opioid Use and / or Alcohol Use Disorder
  • Control, counting and administer medication in accordance with state and federal standards and regulation.

    • Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • Valid MA nursing license from accredited school required, LPN or RN
  • Must have current CPR / BLS certification
  • Experience in substance abuse / mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
  • DOC experience preferred
