Licensed Patient Support Nurse

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas

Establish and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting

Coordinate financial options for patients and support healthcare provider offices with prescription-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states

Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus

Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement processes

Experience and comfort with a digital CRM required

Must be eligible to obtain licensure in all 50 states
