Job descriptionWork with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the lineCapture Manager Hanover, MD Pay From : $110,000 MUST : Experienced Capture Manager 5+ years of professional experience 5+ years of federal capture management / business development Federal procurement knowledge (FAR / DFARS, Client lifecycle) Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, GSA Schedules, BPAs / BOAs Competitive analysis and price-to-win development Strong proposal strategy experience Pipeline / CRM management (GovWin, SAM.gov, Salesforce, etc.) Customer engagement and opportunity shaping Price-to-Win development Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, or related field) APMP or Shipley training / certification a plus U.S. Citizenship Required DUTIES : Lead full lifecycle capture from opportunity identification through proposal submission Shape opportunities through direct customer engagement and requirement influence Develop detailed capture plans, win themes, competitive analysis, and strategy Identify and secure teaming partners; negotiate teaming agreements Support proposal teams and translate capture strategy into proposal content Collaborate on pricing, price-to-win, and profitability analysis Manage pipeline strategy and upcoming procurement tracking (SAM.gov, GovWin) Lead internal gate reviews, PWin assessments, and bid / no-bid recommendations Coordinate pursuit teams across SMEs, architects, PMs, and proposal staff Monitor and leverage contract vehicles to position for new task orders Provide reporting to senior leadership on capture status and win probability Utilize CRM systems for opportunity tracking and pipeline operationsProgression Inc. is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
