Production Operations Senior Specialist

A company is looking for a Production - Ops Senior Specialist to join their team focused on delivering best-in-class service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily journey and automation performance to ensure data alignment

Act as the first point of contact for post-scheduling and production issues, coordinating with technical teams

Conduct Root Cause Analyses for production incidents and present insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Automation Studio and Journey Builder

Proficiency in AMPscript and strong SQL skills for data validation

Solid understanding of SFMC data structures and familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud

Experience with API-triggered sends and automation scripting

Working knowledge of QA and proofing tools, with experience using JIRA and Confluence
