Job description

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician for a healthcare organization in Levittown, PA . This is a permanent employed position with low patient volume and excellent benefits package.

Position Details :

  • Permanent, full-time outpatient position (no rounding, no nursing homes)
  • Schedule : 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours per week
  • Call Schedule : Equitable 1 : 4 weekday / weekend
  • Patient volume : 18 patients per day
  • Support Staff : 1 part-time physician, 3 NPs, 2 full-time physicians, MAs assigned
  • Clinical Resources : ACO wraparound support, in-network specialist referrals, point-of-care lab on-site
  • EMR : EPIC

Duties Include :

  • Providing preventative and episodic medical care
  • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting lab tests, imaging, and follow-up care
  • Prescribing medications and administering vaccinations
  • Ensuring accurate medical documentation for E / M and HCC coding
  • Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : $265,000 - $280,000 (based on experience and training)
  • Generous PTO : 27 days per year + dedicated CEU time

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Experience with all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) required
  • Active PA medical license (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA license (or able to obtain)
  • Clean malpractice and license history
