Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of the store
• Manage staff resources effectively
• Oversee stock, sales, and customer service
• Build trust with customers and staff alike

Key Duties :

Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Manage budgets and maintain financial records

Handle customer complaints and queries

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Prepare promotional displays

Motivate staff to meet sales targets
